Iain qualified in 1999 in Dundee. His vocational training year was spent in St Andrews before working in Edinburgh for five years. He joined Parkhead Cross Dental Practice in 2005, and knows all too well that the biggest compliment a dentist can receive is a recommendation to family and friends. Iain enjoys all aspects of general dentistry.
Meet Andrew Cowan's friendly face — with a smile like that, he leads by example. A proud Glasgow University graduate (BDS, 2002), Andrew joined Iain in partnership in 2012, and his passion for high-quality dental care is paramount to the practice's success. Away from the surgery he enjoys most sports, golf and family time.
Miriam qualified from Newcastle University in 2006 and returned to Scotland after her vocational training, working in Stirling and Maryhill before joining the team in 2013. She provides general dental care to all age groups, enjoys the continuity of family dentistry, and is trained in facial aesthetics — offering free consultations to new and existing patients. Miriam works in the practice three days a week.
