🙏 Firstly, thank you very much to all our patients for their patience over the past 2 years.
We are delighted to say that as of April 2nd 2022 virtually all remaining restrictions on dental care in Scotland have been lifted. While there are still some restrictions for patients deemed at high risk of covid related problems the vast majority of patients can return to pre-covid care.
We are working through contacting our patients who have had appointments cancelled during the pandemic. If you are a registered patient at the practice you can contact us for treatment or checkups although appointments may be a bit further away than would normally have been the case.
We are still observing the highest levels of care for our patients and using the latest ventilation technology and specialist handpieces to minimise risk as we continue through this pandemic.
We are hopeful of being able to offer new patient appointments at the practice in the very near future. Although if you are pregnant or have children under 16 we can offer immediate appointments for new patients.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff who helped me over the past month. I have a crippling phobia of dentist and once aware of this the staff here put me at ease and took as much time as I needed. I was referred onto The Albion for surgery but the staff in Parkhesd prepared me for everything. I have never been happier or more at ease at a dentist in my entire life.

I’ve been a patient if this practice since Alistair Kesson was there and when he left the practice Andrew Cowan has since then been my dentist. Today I had a difficult back tooth removed by Andrew and he was absolutely brilliant in how he cared fir myself as quite honestly I am scared of the dentist but I go as it is a necessity regarding your health . To anyone out there scared of the dentist then please consider going to this practice as it is first class care without a doubt …

Absolutley delighted with my Dentist Miriam, she is so caring and patient. I have had a fobia about going to the Dentist for years and i am so glad i went because its not scary one bit and Miriam always makes sure im not in any discomfort at all. I am now getting quite a bit of work done and actually enjoy and look forward to going ….. changed days!!

I moved from the East End a long time ago, but point blank refuse to register with a local dentist and would rather make the lengthy drive to get all my dental work done by Ian. The guy is a wizard!

I have been going to this Dentist since I was 12. Mrs McCrossan was fantastic all through my teenage years knowing that I was petrified always put me at ease. When she left I didn’t know what I would do, but Ian Hillis is as caring as she was and they look after you so well.
